JOHN E. McCORMAC, CPA In reply respond to: January 22, 2002 Mr. George DeCarlo Dear Mr. DeCarlo: This is to acknowledge that your protest postmarked January 7, 2002 has been received. Your request for a conference is being reviewed and you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be contacted regarding the date and time a hearing will be scheduled. Therefore, in order to give your protested issues proper consideration all documentation you wish considered should be submitted for review prior to the scheduled date of your conference meeting.
