Dear Mr. DeCarlo:

    In accordance with the Division's acknowledgment letter of January 22, 2002 regarding a protest dated January 5, 2002 a telephone conference has been scheduled for February 4, 2002 at 10:00 AM.  Please call using the information listed above at the appointed time.

    Due to the extent of our caseload and our commitment to the expeditious and fair treatment of all taxpayers, we ask that requests for rescheduling be made no less than two weeks prior to the above date.  Our policy is to allow one rescheduled date at the mutually convenient time.  More than one cancellation will be considered only in the case of hardship, and the date and time will be set at our convenience.  It should be noted that these are informal administrative hearings that do not necessarily require the attendance of a third party should he/she not be able to accommodate the scheduled date.
